132 organization user approval process #136

  1. Org users need to be verified before being able to create posts. Now they'll get a message when they want to create post.
  2. "create post" and "create requests" button are supposed to be hidden from unverified org users. Tried but unsuccessful.
  3. Message informing org users after their account creation that they need to wait till verified to make posts. Tried but unsuccessful.
