wires up creating a post, editing a post and deleting a post
does NOT add location information to posts yet; needs discussion on backend models
some bilingual aspects have been left out (select input)
adds error pages (in text)

NOTES:

currently, anyone can create a request or offer -> this will be changed later so that only organizations can create a request
