Add initial value marker to `Sensitivity.py::plot_sensitivity_matrix`

Would be nice to show the initial value on the left and right column.

This could come from:

• an internal data structure (self.params?)
• the param_props.csv file
• read from the initial_params_run_dir

Probably best to read from the internal data structure...?
