`SA_post_hoc_analysis.plot_relationships(..)`, bug with comparing single variable and single parameter #652

Plot_relationships function does not work if we specify one variable and one parameter, need to check the subplot numbering and add a catch for this instance.

This should be fixed. Implemented catches to account for subplot indices.
