This is where the calibration_targets.py file is BUT since we might have to do some testing with changing values in this file, ie availN, it would be nice if this file location could be dynamic. I tested it by putting in another location, but I am pretty sure that the calibration_target file was still taken from the /work/calibration location. THANKS, could use this sooner rather than later if possible

Observations are honored in the sensitivity analysis but not in AC-MADS-TEM.jl so this will need some altering.
