Synth RECO SOC #748

Adds synthetic outputs RECO (RHSOM, RHDWD, RM, RG) and SOC (SOMRAWC, SOMA, SOMPR, SOMCR).

These outputs are simply the sums of their respective component outputs, combined to make output smaller and simpler.
