Upload PIN functions

• [x] Admin generates PIN on admin page and chooses a duration less than one day
• [x] PIN is entered on app
• [x] PIN is confirmed in the backend
• [ ] device can now upload data until the PIN expires

Currently if an expiration is not defined it will default to current time + 30 minutes
