Consider whether/how we want a GitHub action running locally on a test Pi that reports out certain default features to be applied to the PI as part of the PR tests.
The idea would be one or two dedicated PIs running a local GitHub action for each PR to the main branch that reports successes/failures and could also act as running demonstrations of a current T3X-configured Pi in CAMIO / maker space.
This would be a great hack-a-thon event to experiment with using local runners and figure out what setup would make sense.
