3 months ago - move the node.txt and packages.txt to lib dir
- rename and establish consistently T3X_SCRIPTS_DIR and T3X_LIB_DIR
- move npm out of packages and into the node_installer.sh Why? Because I want to avoid apt npm on systems it is already installed another method
- add all the packages from sanity to packages.txt
- have sanity call this installer script
