MTUQ examples and tests are by default in m #231

The following modifications were done:

  1. Examples and test scripts were changed for units in m rather than cm.
  2. Observed seismograms for the examples and test are now also in m.
  3. mtuq/graphics/waveforms.py had a loose cable from a previous MTUQ version using the object name trace_labels. The correct name is trace_label_writer.
