Add convenience function for celerity grid search #55

Add option to loop over celerity, perform grid search, and then pick the stack function with the largest maximum. This was removed in 59b77f8ad7a2030aa04d83c4ebdfbe32bde81ef8 but could be added back in as a convenience function — perhaps with option to plot stack max as a function of celerity.
