this PR is primarily to create the spring 2019 models directory and update it with the latest scripts/configs that were developed for activitySynth.

There may be some conflicts for folks who are still using master to run code in fall-2018-models but as of the time of this PR everyone should be working in spring-2019-models which has the most updated scripts/configs imported from activitysynth development.
