Add paper link in readme #1

I have a copy on my website so add the paper link

Also, explain that the survey data collected for 10 libraries using those scripts can be found in folder x (which is a git submodule).

What about the versions of the scripts? The version used for collecting the survey data is different than the one for the website.

Added link to readme, and I mentioned the submodule, and that the explanations for survey data can be found in the repository of that submodule.
