Here the main thing that changed was the presence of the librarycomparison folder. It has three files inside it that need to be present for addlibraries.py and filldb.py to run. Those two python files also got edited a bit, the path for the db an the files they require changed.
Also, the db had some foreign contraist errors that are now dealt with.
All should be working fine now for anyone who has access to only the public repo and anyone who has access to both the private and public repo.
P.S. there are two pull requests that must both me made for everything to run, one here and one for the testmerge branch on the private repo (librarycomparisonwebsite).
