What is the difference between library and data tables? #19

For some metrics, we fill the data in the data tables while in others, we fill it in the library table. I'm not sure what the difference between those two tables are and which one is used to display results and create the graphs for the website? For example, in popularity, Right now the filldb script only fills the data table and so the library table has 0 for popularity. I added code to also fill the library table, but we need to make things more consistent.

This is now obsolete after the new model changes in PR #23
