Other users will not be able to create the DB #27

this repo does not have manage.py script to make migrations and create db. Currently, the website repo is the one needed to create the DB schema. We need to investigate if we can just make the website repo public, if there is a better way to share the models and their creation instead of replicating the model.

This should hopefully be fixed with the eventual merging of PR #43
