Add the maven links to the Library list #38

@relhajj We need to add the maven links to the library list (https://github.com/ualberta-smr/LibraryMetricScripts/blob/master/scripts/SharedFiles/LibraryData.json) and update the addLibraries.py to add these in the DB. This was something we discussed several weeks ago and was related to this PR.. please address this asap
