As an administrator of my institution's RDM service, I want to be able to customize the DMP Assistant's interface, so that when the users from my institution log in, they see the same look and feel with the web presence of other RDM/library services offered at my institution.

It needs:
[ ] customization of color theme used by Portage in header, footer, forms, labels and menus. These can be changed by institutions so that when researchers from their institution (identified themselves as a user associated with the institution) log in to DMP Assistant, they will see the familiar look and feel for consistency in their research data management activity.
Details about the feature:
When a user associated with McMaster University (during the registration process) log in to DMP Assistant, the interface will load the logo of McMaster, header image of their choice, and the theme colors for buttons/menus/footer/labels etc. See the screenshot below:
[ ] Allow institution to upload their own banner image for the header, in replace of the default Portage banner
Currently the organizational administrator can use the Organization Details to upload logo, customized stylesheet, and header banner image:

These should be grouped on the Organization management on the admin dashboard - and alongside with logo customization.
