Changes to config files

Are you sure you can use ERB in most of these config files? It depends on if whoever is consuming these are running them through the ERB preprocessor. For example our redis one we are: https://github.com/ualbertalib/Hydranorth2/blob/master/config/initializers/redis_config.rb#L2 And rails does the database.yml one. But who knows about solr/fedora/blacklight haha?
