Search result pagination #13

When I do a search from the home page (e.g., oil and gas) the results page shows 87 pages of results:

But when I click on any of the next pages (2 or 87 it doesn't seem to matter) what appears in the left column in 'no results to show'

James Guesstimate: 1 hour (unless something more complicated with SOLR is happening)

When no results, I suggest leaving a blank outlined box (see screenshot attached)
