Integrate widgets menu to the top menu

@sfarnel I think we'd have to talk about this one a bit. I'm not sure what is to be done.

Thanks @jchartrand In this case what we have in mind would be this: could the different visualizations also be available from the home page so that, for example, if you clicked on the map tab/widget you would get to a page that has the entire set of theses visualized by map, with the option of looking at the other visualizations as well. You can do this in a roundabout way from the homepage now by clicking in search box and just hitting enter without entering any search text. So to do this but in a more obvious way.

What should the widgets look like for this, and where would they appear on the home page?

We have some design elements, for example in the pdf associated with https://github.com/ualbertalib/can-link/issues/38

But I think this one may be too big for the remaining time we have so perhaps we leave this one for now
