[CWRC] deploy the script in production

• [ ] set up a Openstack Swift container for CWRC
• [ ] set up a mysql DB to track the successful ingest based on https://github.com/ualbertalib/swift_ingest/issues/2
• [ ] deploy the script on our server - firewall rules and access to OpenStack need to be figured out
  • [ ] Need to access MySQL
  • [ ] Need to access OpenStack Swift for ingest
  • [ ] Need to reach out to CWRC to fetch the AIPs
  • [ ] Need to push error message to Rollbar.
• [ ] connect to CWRC's production islandora instance
• [ ] Successful test run of ingest.
