Beta Release Plan

There should be a beta site for users to try and get familiar with Dataverse 4 before go-live.

• [ ] Create a link to the beta site on Dataverse 3.6 production server
• [ ] Put announcement about Dataverse 4 and link to beta site and documents. The document should include instructions for CCID authentication users.
• [ ] Determine time frame for beta test.
