Help Publishing a dataset #60

From Michelle: in summary, Sharon Farnel had created a dataset and selected the submit for review button instead of publishing it. However, it is not showing up in my admin interface anywhere. We were wondering if Piyapong could find it in the system and publish it?

resolved by granting appropriate permissions to Dataverse admins
