[Dataverse]Can't publish dataset - error with Datacite API? #73

When trying to publish this item: https://dataverse.library.ualberta.ca/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7939/DVN/PQ2B0J&version=DRAFT&faces-redirect=true, Dataverse gives an error message indicating there's an error contacting EZID.

[x] get access to production log
[x] change the wording for the error message.

We have not concluded a reason for the failed deposit. The user has now redeposited/published the item. @piyapongch worked on the deletion of the test filesets but the data structure are complicated. It is very hard to delete the test datasets at this time. Piyapong have done proper modification to the datasets and removed all the associated files, and deassessioned the items. This issue will now be closed.
