ebooks links in symphony -- can't download or read #129

Problem doesn't occur with a wired, on-campus connection. We probably need to add the proxy prefix. Will test off-campus access.

EDIT: actually the problem is occuring. We don't get an error (which is what I was expecting) but we do get "Not Available for Online Reading" and "Not Available For Download"

Hm. Added the proxy prefix (in config/application.rb), was challenged for proxy login when tested from off-campus, but then when I get through to the ProQuest ebrary site, I see "Not Available for Online Reading" and "This book is not available for download". Hm. I'm starting to think the data is out of date. The catkey for this ebook is 3883672, but a catalogue search comes back with holdings for other NEOS libraries, but not U of A. We have another edition of this ebook through Ebsco (not Proquest). I'll test with other e-books.

It looks as though the whole dataset is stale. Reindexing with new(er) data.

OK, refreshed data set and tested both on and off campus access. Everything working.
