I will need to access the log files to see what went wrong on the server. I will make a request to system admin.
I have tried to fix the DOI using Handle Utilities Admin page, https://dataverse.library.ualberta.ca/dvn/faces/networkAdmin/NetworkOptionsPage.xhtml, but it did not work.
I have tried on the test server, https://hibernian.library.ualberta.ca. It is working properly. The DOI is resolved back to the study. I will check with Henry to find that what causes the problem on the production server.
The EZID certificate has been added to Java keystore. The application can register and update the DOI.
I just released another study https://dataverse.library.ualberta.ca/dvn/faces/study/StudyPage.xhtml?globalId=doi:10.7939/DVN/10293 that along with the Obispos y Prebendas de Chiapa and Obispados y Prebendas en Guatemala en las cuatro diocesis studies has a DOI link that points to the DOI not found error at http://dx.doi.org/.
All the other studies are fine - so this issue must have occurred sometime after Feb 2nd. with the Boyce dataverse.
