I have set up a guestbook (under the permissions tab) and wanted to test it. However, the results do not line-up. When you look at “download tracking data” (under the permissions tab) the results are all lumped under Anonymous, leaving the guestbook fields (name, email etc.) empty, even though, after logging out of DV, I had filled them in so that I could download the data.
The guestbook has worked in the past, in terms of filling in the corresponding guestbook fields in the download and tracking data file, but currently it is not.
