Foxml3, premis and other external files saved as relatedObject to Item #189

Per discussion with @zschoenb and @sfarnel, Foxml3, premis, erastat1, and other external files (except the actual content datastream) will be modelled as "hasRelatedObject" on Item. https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1sTySQDnuITM4Ns8Xs7ylWSiZEz727SPByGTOGEDUZyY/edit
