Digitization Folk Fest Programs Show Views #2080

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The first set of digitization content will be the Folk Fest Programs. This set was chosen because it is small (there are 36) and well described. When modelling is complete we should work on presentation of the information.

Skip the Collection stuff initially, we need to set up a separate Digitization Collection model that have slightly diff. behaviour than ERA Collections.

Edit: and to scope this down, just worry about the show page for book first, and then we'll iterate that out to the result partials once we have fulltext.
