[ERA] Visibility should be shown on item detail page for admins

Currently there is nothing indicating the visibility of an item (public/ccid/embargoed/etc) on the item detail page.

To get this information, you would have to go to the search page to see what the visibility facet (only available for admins) shows in order to have any idea what the visibility of the item is. Or for details about embargo, you would have to edit the item to see details for example when the embargo end date is?

The requirements for this work include:

• [ ] visibility should be displayed for both admin users and regular users. Regular users will only be able to see objects that are OA and CCID protected, they can't see embargoed items
• [ ] visibility should be displayed on both search result page and on record view page.
• [ ] on the record view, the label should appear somewhere around the title.
• [ ] the language for the label should be: CCID-protected object: University of Alberta Access Only public: Open Access embargo: Embargoed Can use a combination of image, and color (red, or yellow for CCID protected, and green for open access) for the display. Could use the lock/unlock image too. mockups should be created to demo and show the different UI options (color combination, labelling, use of image etc).
• [ ] Embargo item should also show the intended embargo date on the record view page (in the main metadata section, and not "More information".
• [ ] The scope of this issue is to display visibility and embargo date. Other related information will be addressed in future work.

@leahvanderjagt We have discussed this issue and are looking for some small clarifications:

• would you like the visibility to be displayed as a flag/image or a metadata field within the record? example of displaying as a flag - similar to what we have in HN: (we'd have "Open Access" or "Public", "University of Alberta", and "Embargoed")
• Where would you like this to be displayed? by the title? on the sidebar? in the record?
• Do you prefer "Public" or "Open Access"?
• Would you like the visibility to be displayed for regular users as well, they'd see of course only the public items and ccid-protected items. Thanks!

Okay, here's what I'm thinking. The admin users' have the most cluttered view already so if we solve the problem for them, it'll be okay for the regular user.

I think two decisions need to be made kind of independently of each other.

Where should it be located?

1. under the image
2. behind the title
3. below the author and above the description
4. under the thumbnail
5. behind the title
6. to the left of the download
7. below the author and above the description

The other decision is what should it look like? Using icons: Public "Open Access" Private Authenticated "University of Alberta Access Only" Embargo Using badges:

Discussion at sprint planning meeting was that we'd get feedback from @leahvanderjagt based on the rough ideas that I've developed rather than investing time in mockup.
