Add question dialog unresposive after logout #120

Steps to reproduce

Log in and click the "Insert Question" button for a quiz
Either wait for your session to expire or open another tab and log out.
Click the "Insert" button
Expected behavior

I'm not 100% sure what this should exactly be, but I think you should get some kind of indication that you need to log in.

Actual behavior

The dialog is unresponsive. Nothing seems to happen after you click the "Insert" button.

Notes

This was discovered while trying to reproduce the bug mentioned in #86.
