Images and page breaks can only be inserted at the top in IE #127

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create or edit a tutorial in IE 11.
  2. Add text.
  3. Insert an image (or page break) after the text.

    Expected behavior

The image will appear after the text.

Actual behavior

The image appears at the top of the tutorial.

Notes

I think this issue and #126 are probably related to TinyMCE. It might make sense to try upgrading the version of TinyMCE to see if that fixes them.
