Arrow tooltips show up in the wrong spot on mobile devices #129

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit a GotS installation on a mobile devices (tested on Chrome on Android Lollipop)
  2. Go to a tutorial and navigate between the steps using the arrow.

    Expected behavior

The tooltips (e.g. "Previous" and "Next") will show directly above their respective arrows.

Actual behavior

The tooltips appear scattered around the page: img_0235
