Add docs to docs directory #159

Let's create a Jekyll website in a ./docs directory and add documentation to it.

We discussed including the documentation that is currently on code.library.arizona.edu in the docs directory.

The content would include:

About Guide on the Side
Creator guide
Style guide

To be resolved:

The contact form (used for requesting demo accounts, general quesitons, technical questions)
Redirect code.library.arizona.edu to an appropriate page (it is referenced in published articles)
