Doorstop Update Adjustment

Requirements_tools will need to be modified for the doorstop update process per issue #100. Primarily this is due to directory changes that publish.sh and MakeMarkdown files point too. This could be potentially be adjusted in Doorstop update fork but might be easier/better to change on the submodule instead.

Requirements_Tools Updates- 12-JUN-24

• Graphviz.py adjustments
  • Fixes to work with newer doorstop
  • 'short name' is no longer built-in to doorstop
  • Directory updates
  • Fixes to work with newer graphviz updates
  • Corrections to dot.body.extend to output correctly
• Publish.sh adjustments
  • Directory corrections for doorstop update
  • Commented out scripts that are no longer needed with updates.
• Archive-scripts Directory
  • Moving/storing scripts that are no longer being used for requirements with the doorstop update
• MakeMarkdown -> MakeBeamers
  • Renamed to what its current function is
  • Change to script to convert latex to latex beamers
  • Directory updates

Listed updates are all up on branch now: _u/sfrinaldi/doorstop-update_ Will not push to the develop branch until all of doorstop-update adjustments are ready to go.
