menu configuration for item should email verify don't work #832

Describe the bug item function should email verify don't work or status still 0 in database but in dashboard get ON there is not syncron. it happen when first time install

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install badaso core
  2. Create new account in register
  3. you will enter without get code email verification which is in your database status email verification should 1

Expected behavior if status on should verify email when first time install, function email verify working
