This change addresses the need by: [FE]

Adding new page and routes
Chat component (embedded in the page)
Handling messages data requests
Creating placeholders to better understanding

[BE] Didn't test it out (never used this stack, so I'm still unaware how to run the cdk locally) @uatisdeproblem

Creating message model and handlers

Still missing:

Liking/upvote system (although the FE has the button and counter)
Slow mode messaging
