[rust-dev-env] Add gnome-terminal to docker container #3

Useful for windows users since docker on bash on windows w/the windows .exe doesn't support TTYs.

Upon further consideration, I'm going to mark this as won't fix.

With the proper docker client for bash on windows, the tty thing is no longer an issue, making there no real need for gnome-terminal to be installed in the container. Additionally, the high number of dependencies that gnome-terminal has causes the size of the container to increase significantly for no real reason.
