Describe the bug

No picture in the Telegram Web application seems to be loaded, this is what I get in the network tab:

will probably be the same, but I can with the latest version? also, did it work before or is this your first installation?

this is what I get in the network tab:

keep in mind that chrome has a bug on the partition of the url data: (the blobs) which allow information to be exchanged between domains where it should not. I don't know if telegram exploits that mechanism, perhaps even without their knowledge. and by the way I don't use telegram so I wouldn't know how to check.

Same issues with all third party cookies enabled

The latest version still has the issue, I'm not sure whether the first version of the browser I set-up Telegram web with didn't have the bug or I just didn't notice initially (as I noticed the bug shortly after, but I did also update the browser)
