chromium allows overwriting the default styles of the ui, I think it is related to some theme installed in your android.

How to stop it. Or add option to stop this

Or add option to stop this

I thought about it when I saw that it was possible, but it has no impact on security or privacy. maybe one day...

you should check whether you have any apk installed that does this https://source.android.com/docs/core/runtime/rros

Something I wrote in a (now closed) discussion topic for/in the Activity Launcher (by butzist) repo:

Material 3/You is more made for A.12+, so it expects the system to have a preference for the dynamic accent color ("Monet" ?), on A.11 and below, there's no way to control this system-wide, so the app looks ugly IMO with purple accent and buttons, instead of dark grey (the Light theme is purple-ish as well and not pure and just white), tho not all apps that use the G's Material BS look that ugly, last I checked MiXplorer, Material Files and other apps have it better implemented. I hope you can at least add a true Black (Amoled) theme as another option

To summarize - this is an A.12+ system accent color palette thing, technically not a "theme" and you don't have to install any themes or overlays for it. I hate it on lower than A.12, because you can't control it and some apps look ugly to me (I don't own anything with A.12 or newer).

This has to do with androids material you theming. Android provides application with colours that complement the phones wallpaper. How apps use these colours is up to the app. You can use colorblendr to change these colours.

Wow this is really good.

Thanks for making me aware of this app.

Even better than the some of paid apps that are like this on Google Play store I have used.
