Consider (a setting) to hide disabled UI elements #573

Preliminary checklist

Is your feature request related to privacy?

Yes

Is there a patch available for this feature somewhere?

Ungoogled Chromium has some (https://github.com/ungoogled-software/ungoogled-chromium/tree/master/patches I think) which are licensed under BSD3 Clause, which seems to me is compatible with GPLv3

Describe the solution you would like

I'd like to have an option to hide disabled UI elements, such as the Google Services page on mobile or the you and google page on desktop. It would also be nice to be able to hide things such as Safe-browsing and such, things that are already disabled

Describe alternatives you have considered

This could be a cromite flag, disabled by default. I for one prefer minimalist UIs

I decided to follow your suggestion, but without flags, removing them by default.
