start won't work on MacOSX #57

Apparently the "ant" script in tools/ant/bin is saved with Window (CR-LF) line 
endings, so won't 
execute properly as a shell script. When you double-click on the start script, 
things won't fly. 
Probably the same on any UNIX system.
