What steps will reproduce the problem?

AW currently outputs a doctype of:
DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional
According to the W3C Markup Validation Service, there are many issues with AW's
current output. Minimally, I'd like AW to at least actually output DTD HTML
4.01 Transitional.
I'd really like to see AW output a more recent, more standards-compliant
doctype, preferably (as recommended by the W3C and others):
DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict
