MetaDashBoardLayout title conditional #86

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Can you please make this title in this layout conditional :

<table cellspacing="0" width="100%" class="dbTitleWrapper"><tr>
    <td class="dbTitle">$metaContext.properties.label <b><a:Local key="a001">Dashboard</a:Local></b></td>
    <td align="right" nowrap>\
        <!--- Imagine Something useful here -->
    </td>

There are situations which you do not want to show this title. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Not a defect - Wanted to make it enhancement!! 

but I was unable to select a type. for this issue.
