KEALib provides an implementation of the GDAL data model. The format supports raster attribute tables, image pyramids, meta-data and in-built statistics while also handling very large files and compression throughout.
This PR includes build scripts for building kealib .deb packages on Ubuntu 22.04 (jammy) with and without ubuntugis unstable. These are analogous to the existing build scripts for Ubuntu 20.04. As before, packages built like this are also hosted in the envsys-public S3 bucket.
