add in all colorbrewer2.org ramps #29

Turns out there was only a selection of these colorbrewer2.org ramps included in TuiView and this ended up being the same ones in RIOS. This PR follows on from the TuiView one above to include them all.

For the record, I have no feelings about this. So long as it works, feel free to merge when ready.
