Include all colorbrewer2.org ramps #20

Seems the original list was a bit arbitrary.... I don't think there is any downside in doing this?

@gillins That's great, more colour ramps :)

Another set of ramps that could be added would be the viridis family.

Hi @pierreroudier I think most (but not all?) of the viridis ramps are in there (https://github.com/ubarsc/tuiview/blob/master/tuiview/pseudocolor.py#L94). If you want to send me the details of the missing ones I can include them in this PR.

Not sure if you know but RIOS also has the same ramps that you can use to write into a thematic GDAL image (http://www.rioshome.org/en/latest/rios_colortable.html) - will update them to match also.

Alas very unsurprisingly I am still mostly stuck in my R ways ;-)
