Enable drag and drop for days and activites on itinerary details page

List of changes:

created DayList and ActivityList components to hold list of DayCards and ActivityCards (a list component allows drag an drop inside itself)
created new PUT endpoints to enable reordering of activites and days.
add activityNumber to DayModel, to allow ordering of activities
update redux slice for days, allowing reordering of activities and days
