Add the ability to generate a new day from the itinerary details screen.

List of changes:

add a new endpoint to the server to generate a new day
add a new replicate (ai) function that will produce a new day without duplicate activities
fix a bug that did not just dayNumbers and dates when a day is deleted.
add new thunk to generate new day
